This video is very impressive, it was all perfectly clear and the graphics are great! Thank you very much! The only thing that I still don't get is in transmural infarction, why the dipole vector points toward the endocardium? Since there are 2 normal regions on each side (over and under the affected region in the drawing), and no healthy tissue in between the infarction and the electrode, wouldn't the net vector just be cancelled?

Sir basically it means we have to know the na+ and h2o conc of extracellular fluid after any addiction or substraction of fluid....and for that we also have to know conc of both in sweat,sea water,normal water...provided unaware of the conc of the fluid we may make mistake while answering such mcqs

Please comment on the corresponding changes in the ECG in the other leads, for eg, if there's an STEMI shown in the L1, avL, there are changes in the leads of the ST segment.
